RULES OF CONDUCT
To ensure orderly operations and provide the best possible environment, Agape Pamoja expects volunteers to follow rules of conduct that will protect the interests and safety of all volunteers, students, and the community we serve and the organization itself. Agape Pamoja wishes to create an environment that promotes satisfaction, respect, responsibility, and integrity for all our volunteers, members, guests and others. Every volunteer has a shared responsibility toward improving the quality of the environment. By deciding to serve with/for Agape Pamoja you agree to follow rules and to refrain from conduct that is detrimental to our goals. Remember that while we value our volunteers, Agape Pamoja maintains the right to release a volunteer at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Violation of the prohibited conduct set forth below, or any other conduct deemed inappropriate, may subject a volunteer to disciplinary action, including oral or written warnings, suspension, or possible termination from serving with Agape Pamoja. Agape Pamoja may utilize progressive discipline, in its discretion, or may choose to terminate a volunteer(s) immediately in appropriate cases. If you have any questions about your conduct, consult the Executive Team.
